R. L. Bielawa Associates, Inc. is a small research and development company chartered to serve the aerospace industry.  We have two primary thrusts: consulting services to government and industry, and the development and marketing of innovative products for the general aviation community.  We retain a flexible structure in order to respond quickly and efficiently to the requirements of potential customers.  Through the affiliation of several associates, we are able to offer a wide spectrum of core as well as specialized aerospace disciplines.  We offer particular expertise in rotorcraft and spacecraft technology.   

History

RLBA was incorporated in 1987 in the state of New York. Since then we have performed a wide range of projects relating to :
